Know what you need to stop doing.
As your on-the-side-business grows, so will the projects and tasks you need to do. You won't be able to do it all so start taking things of the to-do list. Take a long and critical look at your list tasks and projects, and ask yourself which are relevant and necessary. Most probably there are somethings on the list that don't need to be there or are no longer relevant, but have just remained there. Get rid of them. Make space for new business opportunities and prospects. You don't need to attend every networking event, and business building webinar.
